Verasys is a mid-sized HVACR building automation system of Johnson Controls. This consists of modern Smart Equipment, a Smart Building Hub (SBH) and many more field controllers. We are developing cloud based application for SBH to gather and manage all relevant data to the building to the cloud so that same can be used remotely/globally via Enterprise Application.  SBH is being enhanced to send Smart Equipment’s data to the cloud for used by cloud application. The Smart Building Hub’s cloud connectivity components are the focus of this release. SBH has capability to connect with hundred field controllers and can send/manage data for all these devices efficiently over cloud. Cloud component has been deployed to on Linux based Operating System design for SBH hardware known SMARC.

Verasys is a first plug and play kind of Building management System which supports multi channel Smart Equipments.

Project 05 | Software Monetization Solution

Software Monetization Solution is the product licensing application for Metasys which is world’s leading Building Technology and Automations System. It has the capability to license Metasys controllers and all its third party supported devices. It’s main objective is to safeguard software products with a range of licensing solutions designed to protect against IP theft and reverse engineering. There is an Integrate web-based entitlement management solution for easy generation, reporting, and ongoing management of entitlements. Ensure license compliance, utilize usage data, and select hardware, software, cloud-based or any combination of license enforcement methods and leverage the cloud to deliver a consistent user experience for any device, environment or licensing method.

Project 04 | Supplier Collaboration Microservices
A supplier collaboration tool can address all forms of supplier communication, information and transaction processing. A web-based platform is a preference which enable buyers a perfect control by allowing Johnson Controls to determine the appropriate information for suppliers to view – purchase orders, Release Orders & approvals details. Suppliers will no longer need to pick up the phone to get these updates, but rather will have this information available 24/7 – saving everyone time and money.
By streamlining these processes, JCI BE are reducing costs, increasing information integrity and strengthening their trading relationships.

Project 03 | Syncom Wellness Point

SWP is a multilevel marketing B2B and B2C web portal web for pharmaceutical products. It is a product software and implemented for Syncom Healthcare Limited that is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of pharmaceutical products.

Registered Wellness members purchase products and grow their network using this portal. Members are benefited by many bonus schemes.Warehouse, depot, franchisee and their inventory and transactions are managed by this system.

SWP is integrated to EBS payment gateway to support online payment.

Technology Used - J2EE, Mysql, Git hub, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Design Patterns UML, Tomcat Server.

Project 02 | NDPL Palmetrix Sensor Interface

NDPL is a joint venture between the Government of NCT of Delhi and Tata Power Company. NDPL has around 6000 contract employees provided by about 250 Service providers. NDPL-PSI is the system that takes integrates NDPL, Service Provider and Contract Employees. System automates Tendering, Quotations, Work Order, Recruitment, Shift Management, Attendance, Salary sheet, PF Contribution, Police Verification, Billing processes.Worker Attendance, Identification and Verification is done by Palmetrix devices that have sensors inside and identify a Worker by reading their palm vein structure by near-by infra raid rays.

Project 01 | Action Plan Tracker

This project deals with the MOU of the meetings. During a meeting various points are raised and the owners have to take action on these. The owners have to regularly give information about the status of the implementation of the action plan. This Project captures MOU of meeting, information about First date and late date of action implementation. The software sends mail to process owner with cc to Escalation 1. Also it send Reminder mail to Process Owner on due date. If process owner do not update the status then it send reminder mail to escalation 1, if still status is not updated it sends a Reminder mail to escalation 2, if escalation 2 also do not update status, it sends a Remainder mail to escalation 3.
